Course Description
This course covers the competencies required to perform computer software
installation work. Installation activities include identification of the software to be
installed, actual installation of the software, Software configuration software
functionality test, software maintenance and user training.
Learning outcomes

  3. Security Awareness. 
  4. Troubleshooting Skills.
  5. Documentation and Reporting.

Assessment

You will expected to do an Assessment in order to be considered competent in this course. Assessment will be as follows

       1.2 Continuos assessment  30 marks 

       2.1 Group Assignment 10 marks 

       3.1 Summative assessment 60 marks
